Windows 8.1 part 2 [Archive]

It looks like Windows has fixed some of the compatibility issues with their window 8.1 and I.E. 11.

Before your tool bar would not work and as of the update that was downloaded by them today your tool bar is working.

It appears that they are still having some issues but it is getting better.

Get a program called Start8 from stardock and fall back in love with windows again ;)

Essentially, it allows you to run it the same as windows 7 desktop wise.
