A new friend from across the alley went to Vegas and texted me Saturday asking if he could place any bets for me. Why not? I asked him to bet Philly, Parlay - Philly and the under, Denver and Denver and the over. I hit all but the Denver parlay, only he texted me Sunday at 10:45 (Pacific) he had a "rough night" and didn't place the bets. I would have cleared a reasonable sum, a couple of nights in a Mod on sale in September maybe. I'm not mad. I'm thinking of fun ways to give him grief about it. Suggestions?
