Life Guards

Last weekend while sitting around the pool at AKL, I was speaking with a life guard who was in the process of training some new people. We spoke about the 13 yr. old young man that drowned at a WDW pool last spring. He said that they were increasing all of their hours to midnight due to this occurrence. Not sure when this was to happen but you might start to see the life guards around longer in the evening.

I believe they've announced that they are putting fences around many, if not all the pools, and increasing the presence of life guards though I have not heard that lifeguards would be on duty until midnight.
