Upgrading park passes...

I have 4 5 day Park hoppers that I have need to upgrade to 8 day PH. I've read that it is better to use one day and then upgrade, because then I will get the current price for original tickets instead of the price they would have been when I got them...Any truth to this? I got these as part of buying into DVC, So they do have a value to them, they are not comp passes or anything. They could not tell me the exact value though. Any ideas would help. I ave not added the passes to MDE yet, dont know wether I should or wait until they are upgraded! Thanks!!

While you should be able to upgrade them just like any other ticket I'm not 100% sure because they are promotional tickets. I think if you give MS a call they may be able to help you out.

Regarding the FP+, I would go ahead and link them so you can make your FP+ choices.
