I know in the past the Swan and Dolphin offered teacher/nurse discounts. Is this still true??

lilogirl31, welcome to INTERCOT!

I believe they do. You're best bet would be to talk to them directly.

They usually have them under the special offers section on the website. I agree with PP, if not there give them a call.

Obviously peak times aren't the best to look for discounts but I hope you have better luck than I have had. This is the second trip that I have checked into the nurse discount. This is for late March. Was quoted, by phone, about $250/nt before taxes and resort fees. Can't remember exact amount. The idea of being able to walk/boat to two parks was great but ended up paying less than that per night including tax by renting DVC points for VWL. :D

250/night for the swan/dolphin? No way.. Way better deals online or I bet call the intercot line.

Plus, totally not worth even 200/night.

I got a rate of $159/night May 22-29 Nurse rate. I booked by clicking on the nurse icon on the right side of their home page.

A co-worker of mine was just in FL two weeks ago. He called the Swan/Dolphin last minute and they got a room for around $80 for the night!! I paid more than that as a Starwood employee in the past!!

Even w/ the discount, don't forget the daily resort and parking fees.
