Changing Resorts/Lose Dining Reservation?

I was thinking about changing resorts so I can get that promotion coming out on Oct 8. We had booked at AOA (Little Mermaid) which is not part of the package deal. If I change resorts will I have to cancel everything and lose my dining reservation that I have made 180 days out? Just wondering if it would be worth the trouble?

You shouldn't lose your dining reservation(s), as that has its (they have their) own, specific confirmation number(s).

Just make sure, if you change dates, to cancel any that you will not be using.

You can cancel completely and your dining reservations still stand.
That's why people need to also call to cancel them when they cancel their stays.
