Belle? MK or France in Epcot?

Is she out regularly?

I've seen her several times in UK at France, can't remember seeing her in the MK except for parades.

On our past two trips, we have met Belle at both places. (At MK she was in a room with Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella and in her yellow dress, in France she is in her blue dress and sometimes has the Beast with her. I am not sure what she wears in the new meet and greet area.) While both experiences were magical for our son, I think he had better interaction with her in Epcot- there was no feeling of having to meet the next princess. She also came to meet him at the path, took his hand, and walked him a few steps away to make their meeting a little more private.

Belle meets in France at Epcot in her blue and white dress on a regular schedule . The schedule will be in the daily guide at the front of the park. I think there is also a sign.

At MK you have to do the Enchanted Tales with Belle attraction and volunteer to be in the story to get a picture wit Belle. She is in her gold dress.
