Just got done watching the first two episodes. Wow, I am hooked. It was funny and sweet at the same time. So great to see his real wife in it. Can't wait till next week.

The description of the show didn't really spark my interest up until now, but based on your review and several others I might have to check it out.

I thought on the preview they made fun of his illness. Not sure if I would enjoy that.

Jokes were made about his illness but to alot of people laughing is how they get thru the hard times. Also the jokes are mostly about his and his families experiences dealing with his illness.( I know this summer dealing with my daughters cancer she made lots of jokes) The program shows that even with an illness life still goes on and you can still have a full life with warts and all.
