can anyone tell me which characters are at 'ohana lunch and dinner?

None- only at breakfast.

There are no characters at the lunch/dinner.

Character dinners:

1900 Park Fare (Grand Floridian)
Akershus Banquet Hall (EPCOT)
Chef Mickey's (Contemporary)
Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom)

Those probably aren't all of them but those are the ones I know

While the characters are only out at breakfast, they are Mickey, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch

But don't let the lack of characters sway you from going to 'Ohana. It's one of the best on property IMO. If you have kids & your concerned they won't like it because of it not having characters, fret not. They have cocoanut races & Hula lessons which are fun for the kids & even more fun for us adults to watch.
