Groups and Magic Bands

We have a family group of 22 people booked for a January trip. I am trying to figure out how in the heck a group plans with magic bands. We have several rooms/reservations, so how do we get all our times coordinated? Seems like it is going to be quite a task.

I'm not sure how this will work with such large groups. I thought you were supposed to be able to link all your information together on the Disney site? I'm hearing there are problems with trying to do though.

You can but its work. You have to invite each person to become family or friends. You do this by sending an email invitation from the app or website. Each person must then have or create their own Disney sign in and then accept the invitation from inside MDE on their account. It works but you won't see them nor be able manage their ADRs, FPs etc unless they do those things.
