We saw the Teddy Bear Lady this past week end. Just wondered if anyone else has and what their thoughts were.

We actually saw her for the first time in a while during our August trip. My heart aches for her, she must miss her husband so.

I saw her on a recent trip and remembered reading about her here, but I don't recall her full story. I'd never noticed her before that.

The story is that she (her name is Lynn) and her husband Bruce were frequent guests of the GF. They started going there when it open with their 4 children. As the children grew and left home they would go and spend time listening to the music. They would sometimes pass out Teddy Bears to children, after asking permission from the parents.

He passed suddenly from a brain aneurysm October of 2007. Since then her family takes her to visit the GF when she sits and listens to the music. Occasionally she speaks with a family and gives them a bear.
