Special tickets events

My wife and I had a trip planned Sept 21 - 27 with tickets purchased for holloween event. Then I found out late last week I have to go to court as a witness for he company I manage the same week I am suppose to be in disney. What are the odds that disney will allow me to move the event tickets to the week of Oct 6, which is the week we are rescheduling to go.

You can always ask...since you don't want a refund they may make an exception.

I have had 2 similar occassions where I prepaid for 2 events and then had an issue come up. They absolutely refunded both with no problem. You may have to just ask for a supervisor, and as long as you have a legitimate reason you should be able to move or receive a refund. :mickey:
