Planning a trip for either August or October 2014. How far along will Disney Springs plan to be by then? Will it be all torn apart still next year?

As you know....NOTHING at DISNEY during construction is just torn up even with the New Fantasyland Construction, EE, and now with the new FOTLC in Africa.
I read somewhere that Disney Springs will be done in phases with a date in 2016 for completion.
We will also be at WDW in October and are not expecting a lot of change or disruption. Just hope to get one more photo in front of my Adventures Club.....Kongaloosh. :beer:
