I've seen videos of the talking Mickey at WDW.

Is he a permanent addition?!?!?If you're talking about the "Meet 'n Greet Talking Mickey", that was out at Disneyland in California about five years ago. It was only a test session.

There *are* "talking characters" in most of the shows and parades now, but as far as I know, not available for meet 'n greets.
