EMH question

I have a question. I'm headed to the World in September (yay F&W!) staying at the Swan with my husband. A friend is thinking of coming down to stay with us. If she is not on the room can she not get into EMH? I can't seem to remember how they police EMH... is it that you have to show a room key?

EMH goes by the Key to the World card. Every guest must have a Key to the World card to do an attraction during EMH. During evening EMH you can continue to shop, but no ride. During morning EMH they won't let you in without the KTWC.

This will actually work out perfectly, I think. We were planning to spend that night at Epcot so we can walk around and drink and enjoy the world showcase and she won't feel like she's missing out on rides. Thanks so much!
