Have they ever offered free dining in May like they do in the Fall?

We got it once in late April with a pin code, but I don't think it has ever been offered in May to the general public. We had the option before with a bounce back offer as well, but didn't use it.

There were one or two years it went for part of May, but not the last couple of years.

I was looking at a historical chart and it looks like for the last 4 years 2010-2013 that it has only been offered once (2011) and that was for a very very short window 5/27 thru 6/2.

So it doesn't appear to be a common time for general public free dining discount.

I keep thinking that the possibility of a bounce back offer is the perfect reason to take a trip by myself this fall. ;)
