So after 6 months, I am now cancer free :party: and starting a new job as a travel nurse :party::party:. I arrived in Montana a couple of days ago and start my orientation tomorrow. Montana is beautiful! It has been about 3 years since I have been able to work a full schedule as a nurse, so prayers are appreciated.
Some of my weird dietary issues which appeared after my perforated ulcer 3 years ago are starting to resolve. It is amazing to be able to eat some spaghetti again. ;)
I will be done in Montana at the end of October, so I plan on being like the geese and heading south for the winter. Hopefully I can get a contract in Texas or Alabama to visit some friends. After that, I would like to get a contract in Florida, so that I can finally go see the Flower & Garden Festival. I have wanted to go to that for so many years. Hopefully by then, my finances will have stabilized so that we can have a family reunion trip at WDW for Star Wars Weekends. My kids want to go back so badly. :D
