Characters in Flight

I was just exploring the Disney website and came across this. Has anyone ever done this? Is it worth the 18 per adult to go up in the balloon?
Do see a lot from up there? Any info would be great :) thanks...

It's not bad for one or two people, not sure if it's worth it for a large family. It gets shut down a lot due to wind. It may be better at night, but wasn't bad during the day.
