Discount collectibles...also pet toys???

Is there a place in town that has discount Disney souvenirs ? Also why is it impossible to find Disney pet toys? Did they discontinue them?

I am at BC this week , and want to pick up new bowls for my puppies..

There are character outlets at the two premium outlet centres on vineland and international drive. there is also a smaller place at Buena vista outlets.

They did away with the pet supplies two years ago. At the time they were saying they were introducing a new line of pet products but never did. :(
