Water Parks in Dec.

We have been to WDW several times with our kids and we have never taken them to one of the water parks. Our next trip is Dec 6-14 and we would like to try to fit in Blizzard Beach one day. Weather-wise is this possible??? Do they heat the pools and such? We are just planning on playing it by ear of when and if we go, but just curious. Thanks!

In my opinion, the answer is maybe. We've experienced some beautiful weather at that time of year - definitely warm enough to spend a day at the pool. We've also experienced some really chilly weather at that time of year - far too cold, in my opinion, to place one's body in an outdoor pool of water - heated or not!

We even found late it was sometimes too cold in late October. The water was warm but it was too cool to walk from place to place wet.

That being said I have been there in December when it has been 90 degrees and been there in December when it was in the 50's.

You just never know.
