Fun activities for kids on Castaway Cay

We are planning a trip for May 2014. It will just be my 2 DSs, ages 13 and 11, and I. What would my sons really enjoy doing on Castaway Cay? I'm thinking parasailing? My 11 year-old is only 74 lbs. right now. Would he be too light?

I went parasailing at CC with my 3 boys (14, 10, 8) and it was the high light of our trip. If your son is less than 90 pounds he will ride tandem, most likely with you.

The only thing my children did not enjoy at CC was the snorkeling. We did not see any fish.
