L'Artisan des Glaces Opens at Epcot

L'Artisan des Glaces has opened in the France Pavilion.

The 16 flavors offered are Vanilla, Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, Pistachio, Hazlenut, Profiterole, Caramel fleur de sel, Cherry, Coco-White Chocolate, Coffee, Strawberry Sorbet, Mango Sorbet, Melon Sorbet, Lemon Sorbet, Pomegranate Sorbet, & Mixed Berries Sorbet.

Guests may choose between a waffle cone or cup with 1 scoop for $3.99 or 2 scoops for $6.10.

Adults may choose a 2 scoop martini style sundae for $11.50. Guests choose their flavor of ice cream and a shot of either Grand Marnier, Whipped Cream flavored Vodka or Rum; the ice cream is placed in the martini glass and the liquor is poured over the ice cream.

Although, geez...prices are STEEP here! I will be sneaking over here to get myself some real premium ice cream, and I'll get the kids a Mickey Bar. ;)

I don't like to see that Christine compared it to Coldstone. I guess she's talking about how they throw it on a slab and mush it around? I've never cared for that.

That's the way they serve glaces in France too. I'm not typically a fan of sweets, but thought they were pretty good.
