My trip is in a week and I never received my magic express papers or hotel documents etc. I have called and they said they would resend, but it never came. What do I do?

This happened to us. If you have your Magical Express confirmation number, you can still go to the desk and they can print you some.

I've found that the re-sending process can take a while. I've had client's documents re-sent and it took them 4-5 days to get into the mail, and then another 4-5 days IN the mail.

Call again - explain and ask when (if?) they were re-sent.
