DVC online booking question

Waiting for the 7 month window to open. Is the
Online system available 24 hours a day? In other words, at midnight would we be able to book our reservation?

It's available, but your 7-mo booking window opens at 8:00am, not midnight.

8:00am EST, not 6:00, unless it's changed in the last month!

I was told by a DVC CM that it is 7am EST when you can use the online system. I did do this but it said it wasn't available when I picked my 7month date. However, if I picked the day before my seven month it showed that day was booked but allowed me to book the remainder of the days. I don't think it is supposed to work like that but it did a couple of weeks ago.
