At The Magic Kingdom

Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room is scheduled to operate at 50% capacity be closed for refurbishment from July 31through August 28, 2013. During this time, Guests may expect half of the theater area to be behind a visible construction wall and encounter longer wait times.

6/11/13

Two more refurbishments of popular attractions have been announced for the 2013 Late Summer period:

At Epcot

Spaceship Earth is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment August 18 through August 25, 2013.August 22 through August 27, 2013.

At The Magic Kingdom

Space Mountain is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment September 3-5, 10-12, and 23-26, 2013.

Several popular attractions have been announced to close for refurbishments after the 2013 Peak Summer period:

At The Magic Kingdom

The Prince Charming Regal Carrousel is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment from August 1 through August 21, 2013.

The Liberty Square Riverboat is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment for refurbishment from August 5 through August 9, 2013.

The Jungle Cruise is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment from August 19 through September 30, 2013.

At Disney's Hollywood Studios

Muppet*Vision 3D is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment from August 6 through September 2, 2013.

Nuts! I wanted to take the grandson on the Jungle Cruise and Mupet 3d end of August. I guess we'll have to start planning another trip :mickey:

We'll miss Jungle Cruise, but last time we rode it was in need of major refurbishment! We'll look forward to the next trip!

I'm going to miss the Jungle Cruise this year - guess this means I'll have to plan a second trip in the spring before my AP expires.

And I'm hoping that Muppet 3D opens on time, otherwise I'll miss it too.

.....oh ...great ...NOT!! Spaceship Earth will be closed the day before we arrive until more than halfway through our stay!! :(:(:(:(

....it's perhaps ...our favorite attraction.
