What time does dining phine line open?

What time do the phone lines for dining reservations open? For the past several years I just hop online round 9am, after dropping my kids off at school. However, on Monday I will need to make ADRs for a party of 23 for thanksgiving week and I want to be on the phone as soon as the lines open that morning.

What time can you start making them online?

I would call and confirm what number of persons they will book at certain restaurants...sometimes if its a large number you have to book directly with the restaurant...that way you can confirm ahead of time who and when to call...ask for a supervisor to confirm due to your large party...they will probably want a credit card guarantee.

7am EST for phone
6am EST for online but a number that large you will find that phone might be the best option only because online might not even be able to find you a spot to sit
