We will be at WDW the second week of November. Are the Osborne lights put up all at once or is it a gradual process? Will we be able to see the complete Osborne lights or just a partial display that early in the November?
Also, what time does the show start?
Thanks

Other sites have been reporting November 8th as the start date for this years Osbourne Lights. This has not been confirmed on the Disney site yet. When they open, you will see the complete Spectacular. It usually starts at 6p or so (dusk).

You will see the entire display when it opens. Try to be there when they flip the lights. It is wonderful and not to be missed!

Great thank you.
So if we are there around 5:45 we should see it light up?
If we are eating at 50's for dinner that night should we make an ADR for around 6:30 or 6:45?

I might go for an earlier dinner - perhaps 5 or so, and then go out for the show. Plan on spending a good hour walking around as they re-do the musical dancing lights every fifteen minutes or so. Prepare to be amazed!!!

So it is every night at 6:00 or just certain nights?? I have been to Disney a million times but I know nothing about the lights.

Every night during the Christmas season.

Once they establish a start-date (last year, 2012, it was Nov. 9) they will operate the O-Lights every night through sometime in early January.

I agree, either make an earlier or very late ADR for dinner. You are going to want to spend time looking at the lights and just soaking up the atmosphere. I think we spent over an hour there last year. It's amazing!
Every time you turn around, you are going to see something else you didn't notice before.

I cried like a baby the first time I saw these. "Spectacle" is right! Enjoy...

and i'd add, for an 8 day trip we try and hit it at about 4 nights. not a big dhs fan at night (we love world showcase at night, stay at bcv) but this is such an amazing show. i have most of the music on for our annual neighborhood party now too;)

They are all on at once and it is one of the nicest displays you will ever see. I have seen it a few times now and it doesn't get old really gets you in the spirit Enjoy it:number1:

Oh I can't wait. So would you say give ourselves an hour to enjoy the lights? Would a 7:30 ADR at 50's be a good timing?

I would say an hour at a minimum. I abosutely love the Osborne Lights. No other display or atmosphere compares in my opinion within Disney.
