FastPass+ Question

I am wondering if anyone has had the opportunity to test the FastPass+ ? Do you know if we will be given links to use it only if we have purchased our tickets with our rooms? We usually purchase our tickets before we leave through The Official Ticket Center but I wonder if only those people who have their tickets with their package will have this option. Anyone have any experiences with this? :confused:
