We just completed a trip on the Fantasy; stateroom 10568, one deck below the pool areas on Deck 11.
This stateroom is the first Family stateroom in the Family stateroom block and is located midship between the central and aft elevator bays directly below the kids area of the pool area.
We chose Deck 10 for quicker access to the adult areas and choose a Family stateroom for more space.
Caution: Be advised that the noise level from Deck 11 was incredibly loud. Very little sound proofing between Deck 11 and 10 and the noise continues throughout the night.
Also the veranda is below the Deck 11 overhang and all you hear is chairs moving loudly making it difficult to sit on the veranda and enjoy the ocean view. Quite annoying!
If we sail on the Fantasy (or the Dream for that matter) and select a Family size stateroom, I would go down to Deck 9 for peace and quiet even if I had to deal with a bit more distance for access to Deck 11.
