Which Del. or Villa with these concerns

We will have three adults, one in a wheel chair. Which deluxe or villa would you choose for that situation? I can't do one with a bedroom. I wish I could.

Also, in considering a resort for these three, if we stayed at Club level, which Club level rooms are easiest to get to the Concierge suite (whatever you call the room with the food/drinks, etc). Which Resort's Club level offers the best food selections (in your opinion)?

Any other considerations?

For the closeness of everything, I'm a fan of Wilderness Lodge. The non-DVC rooms are all in one building, so getting around is fairly easy.

If I could choose anywhere though, for an adult-only trip, I love the Epcot resorts, since there is so much to do right around the resorts.
