Has anyone ever parasailed at Disney?

What did you think? Is there an experience that you think was better to do instead? Are there any discounts available? (It looks like it will run approx $370 for all of us..)

We are just looking to do something extra/different this time.

On a side note, we have never done any tours, our kids are 14 and 12 - would appreciate your thoughts...

My boys 17 & 21 have never shown interest in the parasailing but have done the wakeboarding and tubing at the Contemporary. They've done it the last two years and love it. It cost $165 plus tax for 1 hour (and I usually tip the captain) and they do offer DVC or AP discount. I think they also offer a discount if you book online but I'm not positive.

My DH did it a few years back for his birthday. He really enjoyed it. We got an AP discount, but not sure if there are others available.
