Is it too early to book a room and begin paying on a trip for Fall of next year?

The last I heard you could make reservations up to 12 months in advance. We're planning to go in Oct. 2014 ourselves.Love Disney Halloween!

They may allow you to book a room only rate. Normally around August/September they release room rates and package prices for the following year.

We like booking as early as possible as well. It has saved us a good amount of money by doing so. You may be able to get a limited time discount. For example in 2009 we were able to get the "Buy 4 and get 3 nights free" discount.

It's actually 499 days in advance and it can be room only and must be by phone. If there is a price increase after booking it will be applied.

You can only book online and packages after the 2014 prices have been released.

I've been planning our summer 2014 trip for several months! I just couldn't book the trip on the phone before 499 days prior to our stay. :blush:
