October is very popular due to the Food & Wine Festival, especially on the weekends. So book as early as you can, especially if you're considering the DVC properties.

I would go with Old Key West (if budget allows) bc they have bigger rooms and 2 queen beds. One of our favorites :mickey:

I would go with the 3 bedroom tent at FT. wilderness.
