DVC Resale

I was wanting to know if you buy a DVC resale do you get same benefits from buying from Disney? I know some of the resales are cheaper, but I still want all the benefits as if I was buying from Disney?:confused:

Right now, most benefits you get with resale are the same as buying direct. The one major difference was introduced in March 2011 when restrictions were put on resale which limited owners from using points for Disney Collection, Disney Concierge Collection, and Disney Adventurer Collection. If you are planning on using your points only at WDW or DL, than this is a non-issue.

Resales are a lot cheaper than direct so you have to weight the pros and cons. For example, AKL is $145 direct and has been passing ROFR at $70. That's $75 per point difference and on a 100 point contract is $7500 which is a nice piece of change.
