Mardi Gras and Steve Miller Band at Universal

John here for a sleeping Christine...She asked me to post up some pics from this weekend when we went to Mardi Gras and watched Steve Miller Band. I must say, the floats were great, the parade was fun (we got LOTS of beads!), and the concert was good! If you get a chance to go during Mardi Gras, you should check it out!

A couple more floats, the poor parade folks who had to freeze their buns off...it was COLD!
And the Steve Miller Band. They played for almost 2 hours!

Nice! Looks like fun. We might squeeze in a trip towards the end of it in April and try and catch Mardi Gras. I think Pit Bull is the last concert.

Great pictures! Years ago Universal did a great Halloween parade with floats and bead throwing. It was crazy but so much fun. Their floats were amazing too.
