simple dining plan question

I know the refillable mugs are part of the Dining Plan Package, but lets say I go get breakfast in my resorts food court and want milk.... Do I have to purchase the milk or can I also get other beverages with counter service meals?

All counter service meals come with a beverage, on the dining plan. You can get a beverage from the cooler or a cup for refillable drinks at the fountain stations.

The cooler has sodas, juices, milks and water.
