What time, on my 180 day, can I start making online ADRs? Could I wake at 12:01 and make them?

What time does the phone system open?

Online dining days begin at 6AM Eastern. The phones open at 7AM Eastern

So, the best plan is to start online @ 6am, and then be ready to call @ 7am if you have any issues getting anything booked online.
