Does anyone know if there are rooms at the Polynesian Resort that will sleep more than 5 people? I know 5 is the standard for most of the rooms at the resort - was wondering if there are suites or maybe just a couple of rooms that would offer more sleeping capacity. Thanks for any help you can throw my way!

They do have 2 bedroom suites at the Poly which can sleep more than 5 adults, for some reason they are not showing up on the website though. The suites are located in the Tonga building.

I'm at the Poly right now. Our room has 2 beds and a day bed as well as well. I would ask.

Poly non-suite maximum room occupancy is 5 regardless of sleeping spaces. The choices for the OP are a suite in Tonga or two connecting or adjoining rooms.

I would just add that if one of your party was under the age of 3 you could do 5 plus a crib at the Poly. We did that out first year at Disney. Our youngest was 2 1/2 and we used one of their pak n play type cribs for him. My DH and I share one bed. Our two girls share another bed and our son took the daybed. There was actually plenty of room. We stayed in the Hawaii Building.

There are 5 suites that will sleep more than 5 and they range from $900 to $3000 a night before tax.

After the new rooms are finished in the longhouses some will only sleep 3 because they will have a King bed and a day bed. The rest will still sleep 5.
