If a Fla. resident is an annual passholder that is called Epcot after 4, is that person permitted to use the annual passholder rate for booking resorts?

Nanc - Is the Poly included in this offer? My parents are staying there in May and maybe this would be a better rate for them. Of course, I'd try to get my Mom to move the reservation to you guys.

It is all date dependent, but it is on certain dates. We can no longer assume reservations made greater than 30 days prior. New Disney rule.
