There are two Italian restaurants at Epcot. Which is the best what is the difference

To simplify the answer, Tutto is a little more up-scale and probably better for a more intimate dining experience. Via Napoli is a traditional Neopolitan restaurant with an open feel and wood fired ovens used for pizzas and many other dishes. I've only been to Via, and it was excellent. Depends what type of experience you want -I think both do well in the food category.

Tutto is more formal. Via Napoli is more casual. Via Napoli has the excellen pizza. Tutto is more focused on traditional plated dishes.

Both are good. I prefer Via Napoli simply for the pizza.
