DH and I were talking about the possibility of purchasing a condo in Florida to use as a vacation home.
We are not sure if we wanted to purchase close to Disney, and then drive to the beaches... (my choice)
or purchase near the beach (either west coast or east coast - though we were leaning toward the west coast) and drive to Disney (DH's choice).
We would not be using it to rent out - but just something for us - or lending to relatives/friends.
Any suggestions on what areas are nice and reasonably priced? Where we could blend in being the occassional visitor - without being in the middle of a major vacation rental location?
Any areas to stay away from?
