2013 Free Dining

Anyone hearing anything about free dining for 2013? We are planning on going in November and from what I understand Disney typically offers free dining around this time period.

From what I've read, if anything is offered, it might be the QS dining plan, and only to Mods. Values will not get free dining. Who knows if that's true... just gotta wait and hope! I know there are pins out now that include 8-10 through 9-28 in a 30% room discount.

There is absolutely no way to know. If a Nov discount comes out it'll be July or August. Until, no way to know what Disney might do. They've publically said for a couple of years they were trying to get away from "free" dining and that definitely seems to be the case this year as it has occasionally been offered in the spring, but not this year.
