anniversary trip -20th-from feb 9 thru feb18 know mardi gras is in there any ideas on crowd levels thanks

Expect decent size crowds. Not horrible, but make sure to grab your Fastpasses. As you mentioned, you have Mardi Gras, but also Valentine's Day and President's Day weekend upcoming. All of those things will bring out a lot more of the locals.

I would expect moderately crowded to highly crowded especially over Presidents' Day weekend. I've been there during that time frame before and it can be difficult to walk through the Magic Kingdom. Qualifying for the Daytona 500 begins on the 17th so you can add Nascar fans to the mix as well.

We have been there twice during the week of Valentines, although it can be a little cool temp wise it was nice. As for the crowds they were manageable, but you may have a little carry over from the cheerleader competition which sometimes it the week before valentines.

We have stayed at POP and AS Movies when there and the food courts got a little busy.
