PAP Discount Questions

We're looking at booking a 6 night trip in early Dec 2013, preferably at a moderate. We'll have PAP's activated in April.
I've read that there may be AP discounts but we've never looked into those options before. How does this work? How do you find out if there are any discounts available? Any info would be extremely helpful, Thanks!
