Radiator springs queue music

Im wondering if anyone could help me out with a song I heard in the radiator springs queue. The refrain is something like "ha ha ha, blow your horn" and the refrain is sung by multiple guys and it sounds like a 1930s type song. It comes on 2 songs before woody gurthies car car song. I found a couple song lists googling but after listening to song samples I still can't find it.
