It's Cold in Here

We have a programmable thermostat and I set it to have the temperature go down to 65 degrees F during the day. I'm usually the only one home, so it's no big deal.

My bride was off from work yesterday. In the early afternoon, she says "It's cold in here." I explained what happens during the day with the thermostat and told her she could set the temperature higher if she wanted to.

Her response was "I'm too cold." :D I did end up turning it up for her.

We have a fireplace. I do the same thing to DH when I'm chilly..."you turn it on...my hands are freezing."

Our programmable thermostat is set to 67 when we are home, and 60 when we are asleep or not home.
When my wife complains she is cold, I tell her the blankets are already paid for.
