Universe of Energy TOO LOUD! [Archive]

I hadn't ridden UofE in years, so I thought I'd give it a try. WOW - my ears are still ringing from the experience.

Anyone else noticed that it's way too loud for enjoyment?

Yes, I agree with you. I also have the same complaint about the Norway movie. Which is why I don't stay to watch it anymore.

It's been a while since I have ridden UoE, but the last time I was on, it wasn't too loud to keep me from taking a nice nap! :blush:

Oh yeah...... I'm old but I'm not deaf, yet. I've experienced great discomfort in Philharmagic too.

Its too loud. The loudness keeps me awake because I would be sleeping since the ride is so long and boring

I don't think it's loud at all. It's outdated and in need of a new story line though.

i agree totally. however the rash of crying babies after the big bang is more painful to my ears.:D

Too loud? It helps cover all the snoring. This is the one attraction that has to get changed or I'll never ride it again.

This may be Disney's answer to the Narcolepsy that some guests experience on this ride.

Sorry, couldn't resist. I do agree. It does seem to be louder now than in the past and I also find it uncomfortable.

I never heard complaints about Universe of Energy being too loud... I have heard complaints about Dinosaur being too loud though..
