Trying to decide on 10/18-27, 11/8-17 or 11/15-24 and POR. Wondering if in teh past if disney has offered any discounts during these times and how much. Also has free dining been offered? Thanks!!

This year were both room discounts and free dining for the majority on October and November. The room discounts were from 5%-30% depending on the resort. For free dining, there were some black-out dates. If free dining were offered next year the Nov 8-17 would probably fall into that category because historically Jersey week is a black-out time and next year it will be Nov 2-9.
