Wolfgang Puck question

Except for lending his name to his DTD restaurants, does Wolfgang Puck have anything to do with the day-to-day operations, menu planning, etc. .......?

I just went over to his website and saw that he now has over 40 Wolfgang Puck Express and at least 20 restaurants listed. I guess that he has very little to do with day by day operations. I once heard that he reveiws the menus quarterly and changes are only done with his OK.

Don't know about Wolfgang, but we will be dining at Wolfgang Express next month. This is one of the BEST CS restaurants in WDW.

Last I heard, he has nothing to do with any of the restaurants with his name on them at all. His wife apparently got them in their divorce settlement.

Maybe that's changed, but that was the situation a couple years ago.
