How are the crowds the weekend after Thanksgiving?

I know the week of Thanksgiving is crowded but what about the end of that week & the following week. Back in 06 we went to wdw thanksgiving weekend & crowds were fairly crowded but cleared out by Sunday- Monday. I was wondering if it's still about the same or should we wait & go the following weekend?

It's still pretty much the same. By Sunday crowds begin to thin. Crowds have gone up every year during December, but they are manageable by Monday. You're probably better off going that weekend, though, as crowds will taper off. The following weekend is when they film the Christmas Day parade at MK, which can make MK a total zoo for Friday-Sunday.

Sat will still be very crowded. Sun will be managable, but still a little crowded. Then it drops off a lot more. As for the Christmas parade, we're just making sure to do MK on different days. (We'll be there both weekends but don't start our park days until Sunday. We'll do DTD/resort/pool on Sat since those crowds scare me!
